Resident facility

The Gym

A convenient onsite space for residents to include movement and wellbeing in their daily routine.

Access is for authorised residents in accordance with the Body Corporate By-Laws.
Follow the opening hours and access instructions displayed onsite.
Wear suitable footwear, use equipment responsibly and leave the space tidy after use.
Follow displayed instructions and report shared-area concerns to the onsite team.

Good neighbour reminder: Please keep noise considerate and do not allow access to anyone who is not authorised to use the facility.

Shared outdoors

Established gum trees, open lawn and landscaped planting create a calm shared setting at the heart of Durack Outlook Courts.

A place to slow down, enjoy the shade and connect with neighbours.
Please keep paths, driveways and access areas clear at all times.
Respect nearby homes by keeping noise considerate and taking rubbish with you.
Children should be supervised by a responsible adult when using shared outdoor areas.
