Purpose of this website
This website provides general Durack Outlook Courts community information, public notices, facility information, links and general enquiry options. It is not a replacement for formal tenancy documents, Body Corporate notices, legal advice, emergency services or PropertyMe Owner Access.
Website information
We aim to keep content accurate and current, but information may change. Check the relevant official document, agreement, Body Corporate by-law or government source before relying on it. The official Body Corporate By-Laws and applicable law take priority over plain-language website summaries.
Community notices
Public notices are provided for general communication. They do not replace any formal notice required by law, a tenancy agreement or Body Corporate process. Sensitive tenancy, financial, inspection and maintenance matters should be handled through the relevant formal channel. Lot owners may use PropertyMe Owner Access where access has been provided.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful, misleading, harmful or confidential information through the general enquiry form, or attempt to access management-only areas without authorisation.
External links
Links to PropertyMe Owner Access, government agencies, Netlify or other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites or their privacy practices.
Emergency and maintenance matters
Call 000 in an emergency. For urgent tenancy or property repairs, use the emergency contacts in your lease agreement or the appropriate formal process. Do not rely on a general website enquiry for an urgent response.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the website changes. Questions about these terms can be sent to Outlook.Courts@gmail.com.
These terms are a practical website-use notice and should be reviewed by your legal adviser before final production use.
