Community living

What are the expectations around noise?
Please avoid noise that interferes with another person’s peaceful enjoyment of their lot or common property. This also applies to guests and invitees.
Can I keep a pet?
Written Body Corporate approval is required before bringing or keeping an animal in a lot or on common property. Please contact the appropriate Body Corporate channel before making arrangements.
Can I change the outside appearance of my lot?
External changes generally require written Body Corporate approval. This includes changes visible from another lot, common property or outside the scheme. The full by-laws set out exceptions and requirements.
How do I make a Body Corporate complaint or application?
Under the by-laws, complaints or applications to the Body Corporate or Committee must be made in writing to the Secretary or Body Corporate Manager.

Resident gym

Who can use the gym?
The gym is intended for authorised residents. Please follow the access requirements, opening hours and notices displayed onsite; contact management if you need access help.
What are the gym expectations?
Use equipment responsibly, wear suitable footwear, keep noise considerate and leave the room clean and ready for the next resident. Displayed rules and the approved Outlook Courts by-laws take priority.

Parking & waste

Where can visitors park?
Use only signed visitor bays and follow all posted time limits. Keep internal roads, driveways and emergency access clear.
How fast should vehicles travel inside the complex?
Drive at the posted internal speed limit and at a pace that is safe for pedestrians, children and other vehicles.
How should bins and rubbish be handled?
Follow the current collection-day and storage arrangements communicated by management. Keep common property clear and return bins promptly after collection.

PropertyMe Owner Access

Owner Access is for lot owners / landlords.

Lot owners may use PropertyMe Owner Access to view available income and expense information, statements, reports and property documents. Tenant enquiries should be directed to the onsite team or the relevant contact in the lease agreement. For emergency repairs, follow the emergency contacts in your lease agreement.
